Why can't I login?
If you've already verified that your username and password is correct from Verotel but you're still having login issues, try clearing your cookies and closing all windows before logging in again. In most cases, this will fix the issue. Make sure you are using the correct username and password (remember also that logins are CaSe sEnsitiVE).
If you are still unable to log in and are redirected to the login page (or don't even see the login page here), download and install Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. If you are using the AOL browser, download and install Firefox or Chrome. Our site has been tested across multiple browsers but we cannot always predict issues with older browsers or operating systems.

Help! I'm having issues playing videos.
My site features streaming videos only. Streaming movies require that you have nothing on your computer or network that interferes with your connection between the site.
If you are browsing on a hotel network, an incorrectly configured modem or router, a "Free Hotspot" (like the kind you might be on if you're at a coffee shop), or have security software that blocks our servers, you may experience problems when streaming.
Wait, there's a limit to how many videos I can stream per day?
Yes, there is a 6 per day streaming limit. If you've reached your 6 video per day streaming limit, you will not be allowed to watch additional videos until the next day. (Videos where you do not watch more than 20 seconds are not counted toward your limit.)
