So it's week five of your boot camp training, so it's time to check in on your progress. First, I'm going to make sure you adequately completed your pain activities you were assigned last week. It's not just going to be orgasms or other things you might associate with pleasure. Your pleasure is only going to be channeled through me, and I will mete it out how I choose and only when I choose. One example of a pleasurable reward might be what's call pyramid jerking.
